i know i say it all the time, but it's such a blessing to be part of this family.
day in and day out i witness God's greatness as he builds up, blesses and grows this restaurant.

my father-in-law was just telling me a story the other night about how not even 10 years ago, they would cut off pie orders at 500 because they were to overwhelmed. and now, with great minds behind them (and God's unfailing mercy) they stretch their limits into the high thousands.

blessed i get to take part in the craziness of the week, blessed that my children get to grow up in the "pink pie bubble" as we have come to call it.
